Defence was awesome today but just couldnt stop Mahomes on that last possession. It was inevitable. All those small dump offs. One after another.
I want the media to grill Shanahan. He gagged in another SB. Had the Chiefs all fckd up running the ball in the 1st quarter, went pass crazy that stalled everything, then went back to CMC towards the end and got results with it, but it was too late. Should have built a bigger lead in the first half running it.

An example of Shanahan’s stupidity was when the Niners were 3rd and 4 about 40 yards out. Game tied in regulation. Under 2 mins left. That’s a run play every day of the week. At best you get 1st down and can continue to run the clock down …at worst you get a yard or 2 closer for a dodgy kicker. Or the same distance if you get stopped.
But no. Shanahan calls another obvious pass play that induces a pass rush and almost puts us out of range.

The defence of the Niners was awesome today. And Purdy didn't do much wrong either. But at some point Mahomes was going to impact - especially when you have over time included.
To that end, the Niners simply didn't put up enough points with such a potent offence to protect their defence. And I put that on Shanahan. Absurd going away from the run, dumb play calls, wouldn't use Kittle etc. (Kittle looked frustrated).

Sportsbet online guide says that for NFL, overtime counts for all markets unless stated otherwise. I'm not sure if they stated anything before markets closed or not, but I'll assume they didn't, and do the overs/unders on that basis.
Well, for 2 quarters they didn't use him, so its hard to produce when they aren't using you Tompers !
