Rhyan Mansell welcome to Tigerland

Another who has limited talent being a little lucky in getting another year at the club. I know he tries hard but in my book that is no a substitute for skill and nous
I try hard but that dosent make me a good footballer.
Top courage this kid, hard as nails. But nothing else.
look how far we have fallen from 4 yrs ago, from having too many 'Bobby Hills', to having none now.
Bobby Hill should give that medal to Bulter Castagna & Rioli, because without them he wouldn't be the player he is today.
His game a replica of them 3

Another wasted spot on the list. Could easily be replaced with someone like Mannagh with a greater chance of success.

And is 6cm taller and 8kg heavier and gets the ball more.

If Mansell could produce these numbers then its ok. But he hasn't and doesn't look like it.
Take out the games both were either subbed on or off and McCreery averages 1 more disposal per game, while Mansell has a very slightly higher goal average. He may or may not make it, but stats wise he isnt that fair off the premiership winning McCreery.

Mansell played as a forward for the 1st time this year (at least at senior level), and it appears his instructions were to make space.
It may be a game he lives off for a long time, but watching him play VFL mid year he looked like a guy who could play good football, and a very different player than we have seen at AFL level.

Play him back and would move DRioli to a wing or high half forward.
Need more spark and pace !

We did play him back a couple of years ago and he stunk it up.
I reckon we trial him pre season and see again.
Got to try something and get maximum value by playing DRioli further up the ground.

Mansell has matured since then and just maybe he might make a better fist of it this time???

Simon Eishold without the wind.
That was so bad I cannot fathom it.
Maybe papers stamped after that

Can't handle this guy. Just an honest trier. Not a premiership calibre player.
Equivalent to Jake Aarts.

58% ground time - 1 tackle...
never gets many, gets a better ride on here than Cumbo though

Any danger of kicking a goal mate. 3 metres out! Add this to the Essendon disaster last year when he missed everything from 25m.

You play forward you gotta kick goals when the opportunity arises. He doesn't.

I think sometimes we look at players & judge their performance based on their potential instead of by comparing to the rest of the available squad - I know it's why I get so frustrated about Shai, and it's probably the same thing that holds Cumbo out of our squad

How do mansell and Mj get games over Cumbetland ,a proven goal sneak .?
Its uterly baffling
Once again both mj and mamsell were totally out of their depth

He isn't any good and Yze rushes him back like he is Matty Rogers
