That’s enough. If he comes back mid year, he’s just a massive chance to break down yet again. Time and body have spoken.

That’s enough Meats.

A massive recruit who had left a massive mark on our club.
Love meatball and feel for him as he looked like he had got himself ready for a big season.

If it hasn’t been tried, it’s time to see the good Dr in Germany or visit the Qatar clinic as a final chance. Shame for him and for us - great player, cruelled by injury.

Tooo late.
He shouldve seen him in 2021.
Even if we had beaten Brisbane in 2022 he wouldve missed the following week.
Because he a copped an injury during the game.
It's time he plays a farewell game

Sad for the meatball. He was the perfect foil for Chimp and Dusty in our flags.

Considering the amount of initial Mold Coast players that had so many ongoing soft tissue issues over the years. I'm bloody amazed that we got so much good value and performance from the Prestygiocomo. Sadly it looks like the heat n pressure has finally caught up to our favourite meatball and he's looking somewhat over cooked n disintegrating into a residual slurry in the bottom of the pot.

Dion's hammy's are so suspect these days he could damage them just going shopping. We miss his creativity on the park but they might be telling him something about his future.
At least he is company on the injury list for Mate Colina

I said it earlier, my inside word was he wanted to play out this season as the last. He wasn't going to be around next year.
Won't be surprised if he does the right thing by the club and allows us to bring a young fella in via mid year draft. He really threw everything at trying to get himself up for one last hurrah. ☹️

The Hardwick era has taken its toll . Champs who have given everything are falling one by one. Soft tissue injuries prove they are mere mortals.

We have been classy in doling out pensions but have to be prepared to wear the extended contracts.

It's sad to think that we probably won't see the best of him again. What a gun he was. Love him.

No doubt but unfortunately his history suggests there's a fairly high chance he wouldn't have gotten through the rigors of the season anyway.

Much as w miss his best this opens the door to another youngster to stake their claim or at least open some cap space at years end.
The transition out of our Premiership era continues.

Can’t blame him for just wanting to play as normal, week in week out. We certainly owed him one last chance.

Hasn’t worked out and now the club must move on.
