Andrew Dillion the new AFL CEO

Arse *smile* Lickers to reward
the umpire who blows his whistle the most times in a season. He gets “the train engine award”
the umpire who pays the most frees against Richmond. He gets “the biggest *smile* head award”
All other umpires get a participation award. Lucky dip for a seeing eye dog, white canes, dunces caps and a subscription to “blind *smile* with whistles” and “cheats r us”.

*smile* afl, what a mob of dicks. They can gagf

Thank heavens that overblown event is over for another year.
If Andrew Dillon has an ounce of common sense he'd stop listening to Hutchy & stop trying to Americanise our great sport.
Australian Rules Football doesn't need the bells & whistles gridiron needs to showcase it's empty vessel.
Our game is 50 times more exciting than that snorefest without it.

Could not agree anymore with you TOO.

The NFL is the most overhyped sport in the world.

Whilst got the whip out what's with the delay on buying round 1 tickets?

On the other hand it's good that they've had a ticket admission price freeze.
That should be expected though with more midweek games expected. If they want fans to attend football games, it has to remain affordable in this current climate.

I watched it a mates place, the thing that I noticed the most was when a team scores it's so anticlimactic. We go nuts for nearly every goal in the AFL, there's barely a murmur when they score in a Superbowl.

Haha yeah the old AFL “we’ll freeze ticket prizes” trick.

Is that where they say they won’t put ticket prices up, but the make less tickets available in the cheapest category and move them in to the next cheapest category. Then some seats in the second cheapest category are now in the third cheapest category. And so on.

Fell for that three times last year…

Have a look at this debacle called a ladder the AFL has published.

'Round 3' when it's actually round 4.

No mention of the number of games played.

Absolute calamity.
