Not sure why we would drop stack and keep short in the backline. Stack was a revelation there.
Must be related to his injury.....unless he went to join a local basketball team and called himself Spot Filler.

Ive only followed 2 celebrities on instagram - stackman and Danny Rioli.

We'll I suppose 3, because you get Mia Fev free with Danny Rioli.

I realised really quickly that I loved them for what they do on a footy field,

and what they do off it, not only is none of my business,

but it detracts from their on-field heroics.

So I unfollowed them, and our relationship has thrived.

MC has almost got too cute. Stack has had one very good game up forward versus 10 very good games down back.

I would have dropped Baker. Yeah, the kid has a go but come business end of the season, will get found out. Like Short, has been playing in the easiest position on the ground.
Stack was way more damaging than Baker.

People keeping going on that we are at full strength.
We are no where near full strength.
Best midfielder. Missing
Best ruckman. Missing
Best smalk defender. Missing.

Wc are at full strength. ( cant count Nit Nat he has been injured since the day they drafted him)

Cotchin is not our best midfielder but very important. Nanks our best ruckman but Soldo hasn't done too badly this year. Stack has been dropped. Higgins was dropped before his unfortunate operation. Rance out for season anyway. So only two realistic injuries of players who would be in the team so yep we're very close to full strength. Rarely do you have no injuries whatsoever. WC also close to full strength. Bring it on.

I reckon after last week, Id have Bakes just about the top of the pecking order out of all the smalls.

It was a pretty hot game and a slog, and bakes was clean as a hydroponic cucumber

which suggests to me his game will hold up in finals.

Not at all surprised that Stacky has been left out. His form over the last two was only average. He has the ability to terrorise opponents but as TBH pointed out his below par performances could be either injury, or related to a difficulty with the weather.
Whichever I don’t very much he will play VFL.

no doubt. so his instructions must be something like

'dont tackle, sag off, forget accountability, and dont worry too much if you kick it to them on the wing'

* posting after a couple of Friday arvo rums, so hyperbole may appear more hyberbolic

Its possible those may be his instructions if he receives his instructions via his locker and Dimma missed by one.

I love Stacky and would like to see him in BUT his form has been average for a few weeks and his ball handling in the wet has been poor.

I think Rossy coming in, Graham's form and Shed and Baker playing well enough at half back means the MC are confident enough that they can give Sydney a wake up call.

Should prick his pride. Bonus it will be interesting to see how Pickett and Stack shape up in the twos.

I note you don't mention Short when using the phrase "playing well enough at half back".....

I'm disappointed for Stackman but the RFC get most things right nowadays
