While I agree that Ross has been substandard last couple of years, I can’t shake the image of the confident, strong midfielder he was in his debut year and wonder wtf has happened. He has genuine ability and I think should be playing midfield.

After he blew out his ankle he lost pace and confidence. Taken him too long to get it back, then he can't displace others in a premiership side. Must be just a mental thing if his body is right. Does he want an AFL spot badly enough? We are about to find out, starting tonight.
