If Warner gets a gig in the tests this summer I won’t be happy, he doesn’t deserve it

Meh, just appoint Cummins and have Smith “advise” him til March 2020 when he’s eligible for captaincy again.
We lost it at the toss. And some further terrible captaincy. Reality is poor captaincy has cost us a series win. He gets kudos for last test but he cost us a win at Headingley and another here.
Our bowlers need to duck into some bouncers.

Could have been four zip with some better captaincy as good as Paine has been at steadying the ship. And better batting would have helped of couse!
Craig you keep slipping Heazlett in there. He's done nothing. First class average of 31, averaged 25 in the Shield season just gone. Three hundreds in 33 FC games. Swap him out for Pucovski. Renshaw only averaged 21 in the Shield as well and hasn't been making runs for Kent in the County Championships, but we know he has the game, just a bad year hopefully. Joe Burns deserves a shot, can't believe they picked the hack Bancroft ahead of him for the squad - Burns can bat anywhere in the order and made 180 in his last Test.
