Never been so happy to drink semi flat beer in plastic cups.

Last nite was a like a cat with a mouse, just playing with the prey then snuffing it out.

They actually thought they had a chance. And afterwards on every radio station on the way home, they ripped each other to pieces. They were ropable. They actually that this was the year.

It hurt. Good.

Gale: "Our roots are as an Irish-Catholic working class club..."
Morrison: "My roots are in a happy-clappy grifting prosperity cult..."
Peggy: "We welcome people from all cultures and beliefs. We're all about inclusion here at Richmond..."
Morrison: *ignores her because even though Jen's not there to confirm, he suspects she's a woman*.
Gale: "And of course we focus on good governance and accountability."
Morrison: *stares blankly*.

There will be a learning curve like with any new thing. Eventually people will get the hang of it. One key is to turn up the brightness on your phone.

Phone on full brightness. In any case I have seen this for a couple of years now, at least 50% of people bringing a ticket on a phone have a lot of trouble convincing the machine to read the ticket.

22nd Man, can't quote your post as it is inside mine. Swiping out? Yeah, smoko.

Call me one to hold a grudge but I can never get used to Jab Watson being presented as a special comments expert. Only has a job at Channel Nepotism cause of his Dad. Any other drug cheat would never have been handed a plumb gig like that otherwise yet gets presented like a champion of our game. The Watson rebrand continues.

But, on top of that, he just isn't that good at all.

I would like to hear watson talk about Cotch and stumble into a summary of Cotch,s achievements.
JW "Cotch has been a great Captain for the Tiges, he,s led them to 3 flags and won the Jack Dyer best and fairest three times"
BT "And won a Brownlow too"

Beating this lot just never gets old.

They have had their way with us for years and years since 1982 compounding the embarrassment in that EF win.

Its payback time.
When we were crap, I said to my mates that if we win only one or two games for the season, it has to be against these *smile*. These days, it’s just the cherry on top :)
And that really *smile* the scum supporters when I tell them that :))
making it all the sweeter

We kicked 9 goals to 1 in time-on.

"I knew we should've kept the shortened quarters!"

- Steve Hocking
They change the rules to try and disadvantage us. We still win flags.
The umpires always give more free kicks to our opposition. We still win.
Our players get suspended for acts that players from most other teams don’t get reported for. We still win.
Our players are allowed to be punching bags with no repercussions for the opposition. We still win.
That quote is probably more closer to reality than people think.
I wouldn’t be surprised if shocking says the opposition are allowed a 19th man on the field when playing us and also a 5th interchange player on the bench against us.
We will still win and frustrate everyone else

You have to laugh at the cluelessness of carlscum fans. On the way home the deluded were ringing into SEN talking about frees, are you kidding me blues had 10 more frees and 3 of their goals gifted by the umpires.

The Macintosh incident only blues fans could say if it wasn't tripping should've been holding the ball. An honest person would say geez Macintosh was grabbed by the legs should've been tiges free but we'll take the play on call. But no they wanted holding the ball even though it was a 100% trip.

Nankvervis still had pressure when he walked back into goals whereby Jones pretended to tap the ball over 5 meters and go over the line with no one behind him, you literally can't make this *smile* up. The very few blues fans who were there mostly in AFL members were making some noise there and carrying on for holding the ball every time we got tackled but unbeknown to the clueless which is your typical blues fan, tiger players were actually handballing it out.

Other callers were saying we had out McGovern (lol = spud), de Kooning (like CCJ he is still learning the ropes wont be the difference in the game), Tom Williamson (lol = spud), Betts at 33 years old didn't make the cut. The quality they had out was Zac Williams, Jack Martin and Charlie Curnow and to a lesser extent Marchbank. We had royalty out Cotchin and Houli

75 inside 50's to 41 shows that we should've won this game by 50+ based on the countless entries into our forward 50. We need to convert these inside 50 chances when they present.

Overall a good game, blues came to play and took it up to us but I always knew we would scoot away in red time and it panned out that way.

Happy with the win and look forward to next week V the Hawks.
I only listened to a few minutes of it on the way home. Did you hear the one just before 11pm. Claimed we were gifted 5 goals from frees ( coincidentally if we didn’t “ receive” those we would have lost by 5 points), but when pressed couldn’t recall even one specific one of those. Claimed he was a neutral , a north supporter, but seemed to be on the verge of tears when describing how they were screwed by umpiring decisions ( seriously). I switched the station after that.

Oh wow he heard that guy he was a total knob jockey. Me and my son are still laughing at him. And he did sound like he was gonna cry.

Caller: “Richmond got at least 5 goals from dubious free kicks. Carlton should have won.”

Radio bloke: “Can you give me a couple of examples?”

Caller: “Ah not really. I mean I watch the game but I can’t remember everything or write it all down!”

Ha ha haaaaaarrgghh what an absolute tool that bloke was. Geez you get some *smile* wits on talk back radio.

You should hear some on SEN's midnight - 6:00am show. The other night some dill couldn't stop mentioning that without Dusty, we're beatable.

Forget Slo-Mo who has no idea what Aussie Rules is, what's going on behind the scenes?

Its funny how many say this. When countered with "but we do have Dusty", its like "but imagine if you don't".

Its a completely pointless discussion. What would Carlton have been the other night without 1 of Walsh or Cripps?
