Expecting this US Open to be pretty raucous (they often are). Boston fans are pretty rowdy and there’s a history of that at golf events in the great Beantown.

Had it in my mind the US Open started tomorrow morning and I’d need to submit my squad tonight.

Think I was confused by us playing footy tomorrow and lost track of the day. Bloody Thurs night footy.

OK golf nuts and fans, the 3rd major of the year starts tonight and despite unpopular demand and a takeover bid from some nude blonde old dude, MD Jazz ACME Inc (we had some tax issues and the old entity had to disappear) has retained the rights to the event.

We are tweaking the rules to hopefully provide a greater opportunity for perenial losers like SCT, spook and Mopsy the opportunity to join the major club. (apologies for any offence taken)

So we are going to up the salary cap to 350 and you chose 8 players. But only the best 6 scores count. Hopefully we can get more punters through the cut and provide an exciting, competitive finish.
