Apparently missed on one of the broadcasts
It has been a privilege to watch Jack play 300 games. I loved all the tributes this week.
No apologies. A few off them couldn’t give a *smile* to applaud him off.
How about Titus? Forcibly retired on 294, came back after a year off and kicked the ton in a very strong and prosperous VFA. Then two years later, pulled on the boots at 39 when the Reserves were short and kicked a lazy dozen.
40 games since Dusty kicked 6 v Brisbane in the 2019 QF - longest gap between a bag of 6+ at Richmond since Northey kicked 7 in R8 1965 and the 5th-longest gap in club history.
And there is a flag in amongst those 40 games - quite unbelievable really.
Was 35, struggling for form and got moved away from full forward. Then an ankle injury ended his season and he missed that year's premiership. Got the tap on the shoulder, didn't agree with the decision but took it on the chin like the champion clubman he was.
I thought he was gone. I really did. But he's still killing it. The biggest football brain of all time.

Last night was a good example of where Jack’s at imho, still to good for a 3rd stringed undersized backman, however gets well beaten by the oppositions best 2 defenders . I.e Adams in the earlier game .

Jack "Skinny" Titus ... How he is not a LEGEND of the game is a mystery. The best forward to ever play for the Tigers.
