Kamdyn McIntosh

Stop teasing.
I love flappers.
That mark in the back pocket, when he was flapping and flapping and he made it.
It almost dislocated his right wing
Sorry Zips.
Kamdyn’s fan club stopped taking on new members years ago.
No room for Johnny come lately’s

Just on this, it's the reverse Lambert and Dusty model. Dimma has tweaked the game plan to allow Daniel to just go and not fear a turnover.

It's great coaching, using both Danny and KMac to their strengths.
ive also been impressed, and maybe surprised, how effective KMac has been when he has actually played back to cover an in-game injury.
that flexibility has been crucial.

Best shot for goal in the league.
I would have been committed to a mental asylum if I even thought this privately 5yrs ago.
He doesn’t have a lot of hair, but he’s got a few feathers in his cap.

A nonstop running machine that gives everything to the cause. Not the most gifted but is the most committed. Another of our players the opposition underrate at their peril

He's the incumbent, proven premiership winger but with youngsters Ross, Banks, Ralphsmith, (possibly) Cumberland & others scrambling for senior opportunities is this the year KMac could have pressure on his position in the best 22?

Nah, i reckon people have written him off every year, but with the exception of the end of 2019 he has continued to be selected every week he is available. (of course if his form does finally drop off he may find himself in the VFL)

Nope. They have a long way to go to fill his shoes. I would suggest he is one of the first picked by Hardwick. He and Pickett are crucial to our game plan.

Spot on imho. During match sim yesterday Kamdyn was against Juddy. Toweled him up. Workrate by both was similar but Kamdyn's positioning, knowing when to go and when to stay, was way, way better. A couple of times Juddy did the right thing and worked (hard) to be the outlet guy but his positioning wasn't quite right and Kam intercepted and took the ball forward for his side.

Please note: I really rate Juddy but that was very interesting to watch and was right in front of the us.

On more serious matters than his goal kicking, premierships, his hard running and his ongoing role in the team - what’s happened to the feathers?
The current plumage seems somewhat less prolific than the last few years.

Reckon 2022 was his best season, is still improving. If one of the young cubs does force him out of the team, it can only make us a better side.

Not silky smooth, but it's a rare day when Kmac loses a 1 on 1 contest. A win or draw is what usually happens.
