Miller continuing to fail upwards. The lack of likely draftees is concerning, we’ve got a big hole in our list where the talented youngsters should be.
FIlling the list with picks 65, 68 and 86 in a very shallow draft isnt the best answer to fill the talent hole.
Sure we would end up with a younger list.
And kids ready to be delisted in 2 years.
We've done better with using the SSP and midyear draft.
We can free up a spot with a long term injury or early retirement.

Three-time Richmond premiership forward Jason Castagna has announced his retirement from AFL football effective immediately.
My info has us having 41 contracted inc 2 Cat B, Colina & OHB
We currently have 33 on main, 6 on Rookie (inc Ben Miller who was mooted to move to Main List on 26/10/2023) & 2 on Cat B
This is from the current CBA
So assume Funky to main list =34
5 on Rookie - probably select none till MSRD
Total 39

I think they saying 1 x cat B because Colina is out of contract (off the list) atm. Re-rookie list him special exemption from AFL Apparently.
