terrible appointment. I suspected the reason he got the gig had to be due to his 'networking' skills, there never seemed to be any other compelling reason.
i reckon Fagan's "success" at the Lions played a big part in North giving the job to a football manager type. very much a copycat selection IMO.

This mob almost seem to schedule these games against us. The McCartney return, the game for Mick Martyn’s father. I hate them so much. Dirtiest side in the league, probably have been for their entire existence until just recently. Why don’t they just *smile* fold and go back to the VFL where they belong?

is he still at Port Melbourne? Why would he want to move to a club with a weaker playing list and less fans?
James Hird is looking for a senior gig. Has a unique fitness program apparently, and likely to have Sheedy as an assistant.

Brad Scott really *smile* the club up before he left. Hopefully his brother leaves his team in the same messy black hole when he gets flicked

Latest one, was just before R11 - 2019 lolnorf sack Pepper Scott. Rhyce Shaw takes over and they beat us at the Dump.

Next one will be Rutten just after August 19 when we met the Bummers again.
We played Port when Gary Hocking become care taker coach.
We gave him a draw. The closet he got to a win.

The Catters got to play this mob when they were struggling twice this year. Not sure how that draw's possible when they're Grand Finalists from last year. A reminder the Roos finished last in 2021. Anyone bother to ask how that is?
They've beaten the Roos by 60 & 100 points in the respective meetings & sit on top of the ladder by percentage..

My memory is pretty crappy, but didn't the Dees and Dogs play off last year?

Tigers finished well out of the 8 we dint get to play Norf twice, and get to play GCS twice and at Krapdinia Park.

They made a Prelim, how TF does that work?

Numpties like Cornes love to *smile* and moan about Richmond getting 14 games at the G, a ground we share with 4 other clubs, but when will numpties like him whinge about Geelongs home ground advantage, 9 games at a ground they share with no one else, get to train on and have a 90% win rate at because they largely play the lesser performing and interstate teams there?
