Its been a year of season ending stubbed toes this year.

Campbell, tarrant,gibcus all miss the year with soft tissue

And brown and lynch with breaks.

Discount tarrant cause hes old, 4 players miss all year with 8 week injuries.

Thats 10% of the list, and not a knee between em.

It seems Richmond have adopted a 6 week rehab protocol for hamstrings and calves. Used to be 3.

On a side note, my eldest son who is a competitive climber, tore his hamstring tendons completely off his pelvic bone 2 weeks ago, similar to Gibcus, and his hamstring retracted 6cm. Had the same surgeon as Gibcus had recommended to us, but we politely asked for someone else

I liked him from his first game he played in the VFL, could see he had something. Great to see what he can do at AFL level on Saturday

I think the sub is the only way to debut him. Doesn't have the AFL tank yet but seems to have some AFL tricks. Bit of a risk if we get an injury to a tall player but probably Baker can switch almost anywhere for anything else.
