Just saw it in the Phillies @ Padres 2nd game. Some runners to 1st base look very close to safe but most do go out. With close calls, I'm not surprised the 1st base umpires have the balls to call it out or not, without having to go for a video review.

Postscript so much weed being smoked everywhere these days. It's endemic.

Detroit is on the improve....slowly.

Too long ago to remember exactly.

Maybe I'm getting old but there was a lot of street people about. More than I remember. A lot hasn't changed though, the Naked cowboy is still going 15 years on!

Brooklyn has had an overhaul along the westbank its a yuppie dream.

The regen is done well. Lots of different spaces and plenty of trees and spashing sea.
Makes it even more worthy of upmarket.


There was a lot of anger in amhatten midtown today. Sure it's everywhere but new York is bigger and louder than everywhere!!
