Any Richmond player, take your pick, has been charged with rough conduct against any opponent player during any quarter of any match between Richmond and anyone else played at any ground on any day in 2024. The incident has been graded as careless conduct, low impact and high contact.
In summary, the player accept a $2500 sanction with an early plea.

The afl are going to improve their efficiency from this week. They are going to install eftpos terminals at the entrance to every Richmond change room. All the players have to do then is just tap and go as they enter and the afl can just deduct when they work out how much their coffers are low by

Is Koschy going to attend the education process with Finlayson as well seeing he publicly expressed his opinion that it wasn't so bad given it was in the heat of the moment.
I see he has backflipped in accepting penalty today.
Penalty should have come with a hefty fine as well IMO.

Well he was always going to come out and try to get a softer penalty. Even if privately he thought differently. But who knows with him.
Maybe he should go along for his own education.
Im sure all players attend some sort of anti vilification program at some stage. But I’m not sure if they all go through it each year or just the 1st year players. Or how often they have a refresher on racial, sexual vilification! drugs and gambling.
I’ve no idea how who even runs them, whether it’s the an afl department or whether it’s outsourced.

Probably would have shut his mouth n said nuffin if Clarko had copped a couple of weeks in pre season instead of a pretend penalty. Sounds like a harsh whack just for an explosive moment of abuse, but it can't be done anymore, especially when there's already been a warning shot fired a few weeks ago.
