There seems to be an unusually high amount of sackings this season

Yeah it's a circular process until they break the mould.

- Generally the General Manager, Coach and QB are all connected together.

1. General Manager gets fired, new one comes in he and wants his boy as coach so coach possibly gets fired and if the QB is not any good, he'll get traded and they'll draft their own QB.
2. Coach gets fired, new one comes in and if he's got any bite with the owner, gets the General Manager fired to get his own boy in above him, and if the QB is not any good, he'll get traded and they'll draft their own QB..

We repeat process 1 or 2 until something clicks between them all, even if the GM & Coach click and they have to go find their QB in the next couple of years.

E.G. Niners were playing this merry-go-round before Harbaugh came in with Baalke as his GM, worked while he was there with Smith or Kap as the QB and in 4 years 49ers went 44-19-1. But his relationship with Baalke and the owner turned really bad and got himself fired.

Then 49ers went back into cycle 1 and 2 again until Lynch and Shanahan came in together in 2017. Lance is their future boy at QB, Jimmy G is likely to be gone end of this season.

I wonder what the NFL playoff tv ratings on ESPN in Australia are like ? Would be interesting to see/know I reckon.

There was talk about doing an MLB a couple of years ago and playing a game or two in Australia. It went gangbusters in London. Maybe Australia is too far away for them. Anyway.
