Our Football Club, Featuring trapped

Good onya trappedathalfbackforthreequarters. Good to be back on the winning board again.

Better luck for the team next week Haynes. Keep up the good work.

Ruck to half back? Reminds me when I was playing (many years ago :'( ;D ) we were getting spanked on a very wet day and in an act of desperation our coach threw our resting ruckman in as a rover! Needless to say we got spanked even more.

Well done on your win Trapped!

This week my team plays Hadfield at Hadfield.
Last year, the coach says that Hadfield beat us
by 25 goals. Different team this year though.

MrHAyNe$ team plays Keilor at home. Keilor
are always a hard team to beat!

We lost :(

Hadfield: 1-4, 5-4, 7-4, 9-5-59
Us: 3-0,4-0, 7-2, 7-3-45

I played in the ruck, up forward - and once again - at halfback!
Kicked 1 goal when I had time away from halfback.

I think Mr HAyNe$ team had a win today.

6-2 of your 7-3 score was kicked at one end while 6-1 of their 9-5 was kicked at the other end.

You guys only play well at the end your families are at or something?!

We have a club policy of rotating players on the bench - everyone gets a minimum
of 3 quarters. Sometimes we can't have our best team on the ground when we
have more than the 18 we need. We had 23 today. We are allowed up to 24 for
one match, that's six on the bench.

It was also blowing a bit towards one end.

We flogged first by 5 goals.

They had a lot of filthy bogans (theres bogans and then there is these guys).

I played in the middle all game.

I find it fun in the E's because i get to dominate!

Cheers all :beer

Hey, listen up Mr Haynes. "The Bogans are Having All the Fun". ;D

Tomorrow my team plays the Douta Stars. This is our first
home game for ages - although it's at our second home
ground.

Our usual coach is away this week, and the standin coach has
said that he'll be swinging us around all over the place. A different
team every quarter. Maybe he'll put be at centre half back? ;D

Mr HAyNe$' team play East Keilor after our game at the same
ground.

Scores:

West Coburg:4-5, 8-10, 10-12, 13-14-92
Doutta Stars: 0-0, 0-0, 1-3, 1-3-9.

Amazingly I wasn't trappedathalfback this game.
This week we play Mooney Valley. They're on the
bottom so this week I might not be trappedathalfback
again.

Where are you on the ladder Trapped? It seems you're travelling ok. Good luck this week.

Scores:

West Coburg: 4-3, 10-5, 14-9, 19-16-130.
Moonee Valley: 0-0, 0-0, 0-1, 0-1-1.

I got to play in the ruck for the first quarter, but for the
rest of the game I was once again, trappedathalfback.

Massive win. Well done. You must have been good at half back trapped. Didn't have a goal kicked on you anyway. ;D

It's a shame for the kids in the other team that they're not at least competitive.

The ball didn't go past the centre line to get to half back!

The opposition kids are really great. They tried hard but couldn't match
us.

These things go in cycles. They probably had a team of mostly new
players just fresh up from the U12s. We have a few that are 2nd
year U14s and some that played in the U12 grand final last year.

Next year I'm sure they'll be a much better team.

You have a lot to learn tahb! On occasions such as this the line you should take is NOT that the ball didn't go past the centre line, it's "I held my guy kickless".

This week we play Aberfeldie.
They are the top side so I'm assuming that
I will be trappedathalfback.
They haven't lost a game this season but they
only beat Strathmore by 2 points. We beat them
by 20 or something!
