After the first 8 rounds the Tigers were in a good position. For a number of reasons, mainly an ordinary list after the top dozen of so, we fell away. The coach not only has to blood new players but has to try to win games. With Cambo missing most of the games since R8 and other senoir players out injured we had to have some experience in the side. The 6 players constantly mentioned are all experienced apart from Pettifer. They were expected and required to perform and didn't. That's why at least 4 of them will be elsewhere next year.
