In spite of Thorp's place in RFC history I tend towards Morris.

The fact he could use either hand to palm and he could kick with either foot at a time when it was unusual to be ambidexterous (?) just puts him in the box seat. Roar tells me he was always changing his runup and always kept the opposition guessing and - take notice current Tiger ruckmen - he nearly always got the ball to his rovers!

Crowe was unlucky to miss the '67 GF but I was always puzzled that he didn't come back after that episode as he was only about 30...hmmmmm.
