Two contested marks and 2 goals against the Saints last week, probably 4 or 5 contested marks in the VFL today along with 4 goals. I reckon he would've been good for 30 to 40 goals if he had replaced Lynch when he got injured.
Will never be your main forward target but can definitely be a damaging 2nd or 3rd tall forward. Is quick and can take a grab. Must play most of next year.
Might have to be our no.1. Not sure Lynch has many years left.
From reports Bauer is too good for VFL so next week back in AFL

Loves a goal does the Bauer bird. Takes a mark or gets a free inside fifty and he's the forward n the forward's job is to kick the goals. Goes back, carefully sets himself up and takes the shot. None of this touchy feely share the ball with dinky little hit n hope passes. Takes the heat on himself.
'Competition rules state that players must have featured in six VFL games during that particular season, and played no more than 12 AFL games, to be eligible to play in the VFL finals'.
Like the thought of Bauer, Lynch and Ryan in the forward line, now to find small forwards………who kicks goals
Bolton is already there we’ve got Coulthard Cumbo Campbell Clarke maybe we can rookie Yassine
And Mansell, and MRJ, and Cumbo! We do not lack for ample SFs or HBFs. Just any KPFs besides the very, very lightly built Bauer plus Lynch, of course. Unless you think Bradtke will make it.
Ryan yes, but ruck/forward ultimately.
