Today is their main training session.Wasn't this meant to be a light training run before they fly over? WTF are they doing? Never seen so many injuries at training mid season.

Gotta feeling these players have never been 100% fit for the last few years.....and never admitted it to the coaches. Small things like this become big injuries later. The midfield group were just doing some centre clearance work
Nah, not that long. Jeremy Howe last year had broken two bones in his elbow, and four in his forearm plus an AC joint injury and got back in 14 weeks. I'm no doctor but you'd think it'd be less than 14 but more than 4, maybe 8 weeks or so?Fractured radius. Surgery. So potentially season ending.....?

There are some crazy conspiracy theories but this one might just top it.How does not being fit lead to a fractured wrist???
I'm talking about all others in general not Taranto. Maybe they carried a soft injury/soreness (without telling the coaches?) through this and past seasons and pre-seasons which has inflamed now.How does not being fit lead to a fractured wrist???

Hope you are correct WR. Bone heals in 4-6weeks. Strength and range of motion issues will then need to be overcome. Let's hope there are no setbacks....Nah, not that long. Depends on severity and whether it is distal or proximus fracture. Distal radius fractures can take about three or more months. and that's before a return to training.Usually cast on for 6 weeks. I fractured my ulnar a few years back (should have been given surgery but the doctors stuffed it up) and was in a cast for 6 weeks.
