We need Kamdyn in form and back in the team. We’re a much better team with him in and playing good football. Very important to our structures. He gets back and helps out our defence. Never seen Short doing that

Thought Dimma said he was likely back in this week ...... interesting.

People read too much into Dimma's pressers IMO. He said Caddy was back to work on specific skills as a trial and implied he'd be back soon, but the truth is we don't have room for him. He also loosely implied K-Mac would be back soon but as we have seen, no.

I think Dimma just turns on the "friendly dad" persona in pressers these days but doesn't really say much, if he ever did.

or maybe he's just screwing with Bucks, who knows...

Agreed likely just some smoke and mirrors and being non committal, which is all part of it.

Anyone heard/seen the Talking Tigers podcast with Grigga, Richo and Lynchy?

In the Chronicles of Kamdyn part at the end, Grigga said Dash Kam met Naughton (unknown who he was at the time) 2 weeks before we played the Dogs and apparently let out a bit too much info on how we play, hence, our loss to them.

That’s not what he said at all.
Kamdyn was asked to give a talk to prospective junior recruits two weeks after we played Bulldogs and, without recognising him, mistook Naughton for one of the kids and proceeded to tell him what life was like in the AFL and down at Punt Rd.
The joke was that two weeks earlier Naughton had taken two hangers on Kamdyn’s head

Interesting new role for KMac being trialled in the VFL. I can't see it working out myself, but it may hint that Dimma sees more competition on the wing coming for Kamdyn, and the need to get more body strength options down back in case we get a key injury.

Kamdyn McIntosh

14 disposals, three marks, three inside-50s & three rebound-50s

“Played back on ‘talls’ and ‘smalls’, looking to develop his versatility in this area. He did it well and played the conditions nicely.”

How could you possibly have gotten this so wrong?

I'm getting a deja vu feeling here. Am sure that's been tried and really didn't work out too well. Why is KMac's arm flapping space hogging opposition cramping talent not needed anymore? I was told on numerous times I just didn't get it.
