Some posters are conveniently overlooking the fact that twice in the last quarter on Saturday Marlion strolled through the ch back line and calmly kicked the ball over his team mates head straight to the Essendon player behind him.

Marlion looks like Andrew McLeod when he runs but his kicking to team mates lets him down.

Needs another preseason to acclimatize to the pace and fitness level of the AFL

I did see one of them.

I didnt think the teammate was running fast enough :rotfl1

Wrong. Our forwards have been doing a shed load of running in the last few weeks, playing high and creating space for Lynch and Jack.

As much as I love the look of this guy, he doesn’t have the AFL tank yet to play forward and isn’t immersed enough in our defensive structures to play back.

This is the conundrum facing the MC and I think they’ll play it safe and leave him out. Probably a wise decision too.

You are probably right, there is a risk in playing him but there is also potential reward as talent often wins out. Would be interesting to know how he has fitted in with the group and what his teammates reaction would be if he was selected. One thing I know is you cannot doubt his commitment or courage after that mark. It makes for a fascinating MC.

My memory must be failing me but I can't remember a Grand Final being lost because of a panicked turnover
Raph Clarke had some amazingly poor moments that arguably cost the saints a flag.

Not sure about others but I panic and turn over every time I see Helen d'Amico's hairy muff replayed in 82

Really? After all these years she still gets your loins stirring to the point you need to hide the tent?

I was 5 at the time and it was around that time where my mum and dad were trying to teach me that monsters didnt exist. Then I see a black hairy one on the tv!!
So your parents exposed you, a 5 year old, to a XXX rating? :))

Sure is Craig.

Close.

No one would want to put in a poor performance Saturday night in a position he is eyeing or the MC are!
