Here’s hoping Port beat the Pussies.

Is it just me or do most teams that have wins against us lose the following week? Each team would have a big build up playing last years premiers and you would think that there would be some sort of hangover effect the following game.

I'm sure LTRTR will post and blow my theory out of the water.

Just think that Port had huge motivation last game (a number of their players having milestone games, Port wanting a big scalp as they've lost against other top four sides etc) and might have a drop off this week.

Jeremy Cameron is just about the biggest onfield *smile* head in the game i reckon.

He goes full sook tantrum when hes getting flogged.

How was the prolonged headlock tackle not 50.

Hes an uber sook with the ticker of a hummingbird. Hed make a great captain of Adelaide.

GwS megastars seem content with million bucks a year.

Kelly looked like the next star but hes not

Id love to destroy Port as an institution this year

Nailed it Ezy. He's a dog. Does dirty stuff all the time (knees into Lambert/flying elbows into others) that are in no way tough. And shrinks in the big games. A petulant athlete.

His mate Finlayson a similar type without the mongrel. Plays smaller than Hipwood. And Bakes even.

What annoyed me a lot last night was Finlayson often rucked in the forward line. In every contest he pushed the opposition ruck fair in the back and not once was he penalised. He pushed in the back because he didn't want the physical confrontation of a ruck contest. But the umpires continuously let it go. The free Finlayson got for his goal was a disgrace and a perfect example of his style of play.

The win last night was one earnt by authentic footballers over frauds. It was my favourite non-tigers game of the year.

In the event we do not get top 4 would love them to fall into 8th and we get to play them in another final. Nail-Coffin.

yeah, I've always thought the push in the back rule was originally designed with marking contests in mind, not tackles. I've got no evidence for that though.
But now they allow forwards to push defenders out often, with their hands/forearms. The rules are a shambles - proven by how no-one even knows what they are any more. Or what is the current interpretation; there are several active interpretations according to which umpire and which state, for all rules. Especially HTB.

What's happened to C? I thought he would be back for a big year. Is he playing injured?

Post ACL isnt unheard of.
Perryman's a Broad equivalent, nobody noticed him before this year. Can play.

Always been able to play was fairly high rated junior, just got left in the smokescreen behind all the big names, and has had more opportunity overr the past 2 odd seasons with the exits of Shiel and Smith and Scully etc

Time for the media to get out the big blowtorch and burn the Giants. Maybe they can do us a favour and beat West Coast.

Giants are possibly one bad loss (and Tobyless for another couple weeks) from having the wheels fall off.

Had we gotten over them that mightve well been it and also wouldve had us in serious top 3 calculations..

Hasn't been the same since he hurt his knee against us last season, I think we broke him.

Not the first or the last.

Dylan Shiel is another who has never been the same after Chimp savaged him.

Then got him again a few times in the Dreamtime game either last year or the year before.

Well i reckon we could get 2from 3 as Deez are no hope of beating the tin arses especially without Max

Grundy will get 200 dream team points put the c on him.

I want Port to win tonight. But gee I despise them. They’re smugness at the present time, particularly that tool Dursma, has me salivating at the thought of destroying them good and proper come finals.
