Pick 53: Jack Graham

Currently JG isn't a starting midfielder for us. If he heads elsewhere for greener pastures then couldn't really blame him at this point.
Regardless of what happens he'll always be a Tiger legend
Yeh, he'll always be fondly remembered for his 2017 deeds. And a key part of the GF.

Reckon he's gonna struggle to get his spot back, if his shoulder is no good he will struggle to get a a game with most sides.

Though the fridge is still a fringie, I thought he was pretty solid tonight, yep lacks a yard but makes up for it with his grunt work and adds a lot defensively.

Still very much in the mix for our bottom 6 for our best 22

He was okay but we really need the 2017 GF and 2019 PF Jack Graham back.

He really seems quite slow at the moment; I've never really been concerned by his lack of pace until his last few games.

Good comeback game, hope he can build on this. Notice he had no shoulder strapping today.

He definitely looked better tonight and maybe trusting his body a bit more. Needs to really cover some territory since he lacks pace so has to sort out how to make an impact.

Slow. Slow. Slow.

Cotch hit him with a perfect handball, Graham was in acres of space, took a few steps and was tackled as he kicked.

Prefer others.

Covered 12.2km which was the second most of any player on the ground. He also averaged 9.7km/h which was the equal second highest average moving speed of any player on the ground. And to top it off he had 8 tackles and 24 pressure acts which were both the most of any player on the ground.

Important defensive work in the clinches that’s we lacked last week.

Was infinitely better in the 2nd half. First half started ok then proceeded to turnover every disposal and kept getting caught. 2nd half Graham is top 22, first half Graham is not.

Good comeback. Impacts the ability for the opposition to get clean clearances. No shoulder strapping was a great sign.

I love what he brings. He adds to the group with his unique skillset being Eveready tough. Chases and harasses better than anyone in the club.

I really hope he doesn't go.

This is exactly why he's in the side. very important if we want to beat the likes of Geelong and WC. won't get much of the ball but will apply pressure preventing easy delivery to hawkins and kennedy

Covering 12.2 km is great but he's a marathon runner not a sprinter. In the shorter games, his effectiveness is limited. Too many times just off the pace. No wonder he tackles so much, so often 2nd to the pill.

Last week we had a bunch of midfielders who were second to the pill AND didn't tackle.

We looked much better with him in there.
