Grand Final 2020 Thread Richmond Vs Geelong / Game Day Thread

Danger has a groin injury.
Poor bugger must've copped the injury walking off the GABBA in October

Geelong today announced it will rest player's during the season to have them fully fit in September.
I've never heard of a team resting players before finals.
It must've just reached Geelong in the last 24 hours.
14 players over 29,
God help social security in Geelong next year the line will be massive.
They did it in Scott's first year in 2011 with an old team and it was a masterstroke.

1980 GF is on Fox now with Drew Morphett and Tim Lane's commentary. Ch7 wont even let them use Louie?

Looking forward to watching the series come March 12.

'Damien Hardwick’s halftime speech in the 2020 Grand Final will take centre stage in a new AFL documentary. WATCH THE TRAILER"

How do we get to watch these if you don’t have amazon?
My advice is wait til the whole series has been released, which I imagine will be 7weeks from Ep 1.... then sign up to amazon for a month which is $6.99.... I think. Just make sure you cancel the subscription before the end of your month if you wish to bail out.

The greatest win ever. I go back to 67 living in Leslie St Richmond - and this is our greatest win. I cannot bring the words.
Wow.
I lived In Leslie street too!
Woah. Just saw these. My dad's family lived in Leslie St from the 50s until my grandfather died in the late 80s. I spent a lot of time in that street and its cobblestoned back alleys.

I lived in Davison Street for a couple of years in the early 2000s; bought my first property (one bedroom shoe box) there. It's the next parallel street to Leslie heading towards Burnley St. Those cobblestone back alleys were very dodgy; my car was stolen twice in a short period!!

But it was great walking or catching the tram to the G. The Terminus was good value too.

Pfft. It wasn't stolen. Council garbage guys took it away once and I used it to go to Dan Murphy's the other.

(Broke down on Bridge Road on me, where the cops found it for you. *** peak hour too.)

Like most of what you post this is total bunkum. You never get your grog at Dan Murphy's...................................

Novak Dangerfield has recovered from the "Clayton's' Groin injury he carried through last year.
He should be ready for round 1

I can watch the 2nd half of the Grand final 50 times in a row.
Watching Chris Scott, Troy Selwood and Novak Dangerfield know it wasnt going to happen is the best.
The look on Chris Scott's face after Dustys 3rd goal is properly one of the best moments in 45 years for me.
Ball slappers

The first 10 minutes of the 3rd quarter of the 2017 GF is my favourite footage. Watching it with the 5AA commentary is pure bliss

Yeah, but watching after seeing them get ahead in the first half is even better.

As for your most recent post, just don't mention 1931 :(
