Its a complete lie by that flog.

We have 14 games at the MCG this year, 10 home, 4 away. 1 home game at Marvel. We travel interstate 6 times (Port, Eagles, Suns, Lions, Freo and Giants). Most would have said those 6 out of the 8 would have been expected to be the 6 hardest with the only 2 interstate teams we don't travel to being Adelaide and Sydney who both finished bottom 3 last year.

Meanwhile another MCG tenant (cough Pies, cough) also have 14 games at the MCG, again 10 home and 4 away. 1 home game at Marvel (that they have already played), yet they only travel interstate 4 times (Eagles, Crows, Lions and Port).

Yet we are kissed on the *smile*. Ok Cornes you complete and utter flog.

Again, when do Port get forced to play a home game away from AO like we do with 1 home game at Marvel a year???

Im just listening to him whine about how the AFL gift us a dream fixture and when challenged on this he keeps drivelling on about how we get 13 MCG games each year.
The *smile* says this on the back of 3 x 6 day breaks and the worst free kick differential in the competition.
Also his pathetic Port play 13 guaranteed games at AO. Funny he cuts off listeners who bring up this point.

I remember posting about this ages ago and can't really be bothered looking it up. The summary was that when you look at the number of true home games we have at the MCG ( not against co-tenants) it was far less than what Port has in Adelaide.
Also he only has to look at last year. We played 4 times in 17 H&A rounds on the MCG , they had 9 at Adelaide oval. We played 4 finals, two were true away games, one was our home game played on a neutral ground and the Grand final was on neutral territory. We won the flag.
If we have such a massive advantage why isn't the top 4 Richmond, Collingwood, Melbourne and hawthorn? the answer is we are just better than anyone else and that's the bit he can't accept.
He was also banging on in the past about the 7 games at the MCG at the end of 2019 completely forgetting that we played no more MCG games than any other co-tenant. The reason we had so many at the end of the season is because we had so few at the start !!

Yeh, you can controversial but you also need to be on point, otherwise you become nothing more than a caricature that nobody wants to hear from. You can put up with some inaccuracies when someone raises valid and authentic observations (and he is capable of hitting the mark) but eventually it gets tiresome. I don’t listen to him much at all any longer.

I just don’t get what people want when we have only 2 grounds in Melbourne and the mcg is our home ground along with Collingwood, Melbourne, Hawthorn, Carlton and Essendon.

1. Find out who advertises during his show
2. Get people to bombard the advertiser's social media platforms advising them that you won't be purchasing their goods or services whilst they are advertising on the douche bag's show, and that you are telling everyone you know to do the same. Cornes and WCE people will not be content until they get to play EVERY game on their home grounds, and even they’ll insist that they should somehow be given an extra 4 points for the one game they play against their fellow tenant every year. If they lose a final on their home ground they’ll challenge the result like the old Argus system until they get the outcome they want (them winning).
