What a *smile* robbery

Robbery would suggest Eagles stole it. We handed it to them on a silver *smile* platter with all our mistakes all night and our bona fide Richmond 2012 era football in the latest 10 minutes.

Horrendous performance. I feel there is something not right with the team this year. Bar the Dogs we have lost to every team we have played in the eight.

The 1st and last quarters were a constant display of poor decision making, lack of composure and missed opportunities. Frustrating to watch us *smile* a game away like that

Kennedy the difference simple as that. Riewoldt couldn't get it. 3-4 awful errors down back. That's it.

Natanui was tapping it out at will in the last. Darling and Ryan did nothing. Our backs played really well until the last 5 minutes. The number of mistakes were inexplicable starting with Short giving away the silly 50.

Dumb footy is dumb footy. We’ve been making offensive clangers throughout the entire dynasty, but in 2021 it’s become an art form.

New rules punish lack of polish. There’s our issue.

This uncontested game style works but we over did it tonight especially in the last quarter. We had to flick the switch. But we hesitated. West Coast then lock us in their forward half and we dug ourselves a hole we could not get out of.

We need to stick to, and double down on what's won us 3 of the last 4 flags. We lost this game coz we tried to slow the game down. We had more marks and more uncontested possessions than the eagles FFS. We won't win the flag this way.

There’s a growing problem that’s been emerging throughout the season: our ability to execute. We miss targets, we miss shots on goal, we fumble too much.

We’re just not clean enough in this new environment.

We’re nowhere near as pressure intense as we used to be and we don’t have the class or execution skills to cover for it when we don’t have an edge to our game.

Epic games like that are extremely hard to win every time, we have done our fair share the last 4 years.
Yes we made errors, but I can never be angry at these guys who have won 3 of the last 4 flags.
We still havent played so many of the bottom sides, when we do our % will go up as well as our ladder position.
Prestis and Nank and Lynch and Cotchin are massive outs, they were missing Kelly, no one else.
Have faith Tiger army, we dont have to make top 4 to win it again!

Riewoldt had a shocker - first with the kick around the corner directly in front, and then being constantly outmarked by Barras multiple times.

Hate to say it but atrocious decision making by Dusty in that last quarter.

The Tiger Kings brain explosion turned the momentum.

We only needed one goal to finish them off or another 40 seconds sheared off the clock.

Tigga handed them a goal with his horror kick in and then George gave em every opportunity by kicking the ball straight to them so they went straight through our press as were not set,.

Picktts holding the footy against him when he went in board instead of to his outside runner killed another forward entry.

Houlis wasted entry into 50 before 3/4 time which turned over for a goal.

All of these moments added up killed us.

We only needed to not make one of these errors to win the game.

Anger is based on choking a win with stupid amateur plays. I almost laughed at Baker's deliberate OOB.
