We need a Mick Warner type book, with an impeccable inside source, focusing on the Gil Shocking era.

Both cited as first offence, how the *smile* does that work, twice in one game, can't both be first offences.
Plus he's a serial offender.
The AFL is rooted.

If he played for any other club than Geesook he'd have been given a week or two, he's a serial offender who somehow has been allowed to get away with things that anyone else would be cited for. The media are continually pumping up this "warrior" image of him, when in fact he just a sniping thug.

He's one of many reasons I can't stand this club. If they do manage to get to the GF I'll definitely be baracking for the opposition, no matter who it is.

Very little commentary so far about the wet lettuce leaf decision on Selwood’s disgraceful antics. Let’s see what today brings.
They didn't even show it on the Sunday footy show. The leniency to Green's punch is also pretty bizarre.

How many fines has Green received for untoward behaviour? Surely at some point he has to be given weeks?

Going on MRO form, I'm surprised Selwood wasn't sent straight to the tribunal, much like Lynch last year

See the trouble is 'most" journos are part of the "instittuion", they put hard questions up, the they lose the accreditation, hence risk theur livelyhood
Yer, spot on and has been the case for years. Hence quality journos refusing to be brown-noses like Roco or Warner marginalised.

Nothing new.

The problem is 90% of the media is afl controlled afl accredited which BS that's how they control the media and don't face criticism.

*smile* Christian described Selwoods antics as a push. More like knuckling and dragging his fingers all over Dale’s face.
Inept! Not waiting for sHocking to over rule him either. Corrupt parasite.
What a pair they make.

Tony Shaw went in hard on 3AW apparently, saw it reported in the footy pages of the Hun at my cafe. Briefly heard some strong calls on SEN but missed hearing any footy 'journos' responses there.
Gawwy, Tim, Mince?
