Stil pretty upset so haven’t posted on this thread about Stewart since the verdict was handed down.

The vision of Prestia was pretty bad.

Players screaming to get him off.

The vision of the two trainers trying to pick Prestia up and the complete look on his face’ where am I, what just happened”.

That play continued resulting in a goal to the cats by an ex Tiger.

Image of a laughing Selwood hugging Stewart.

The AFL ticking it off and that the RFC took the blame that they should have called for a stretcher as the umpires didn’t holt play, award a 50… nothing.

That Stewart only got 4 when it should have been 5-6 but with the MRO grading it the way he did they couldn’t ask for more than 4.

Why could the AFL then come over the top and demand ‘double’ as they did against Houli?

To me the ‘tip of Stewart’s elbow ‘ hit Prestia then he tucked it in. He ran past. Prestia wasn’t expecting that type of contact. Was off the ground.

I’m thankful though that Prestia didn’t suffer any facial injuries but will this have a long term affect as I think it has had with Dusty when he got cleaned up and nearly lost a kidney! That’s my reasoning as Dusty gets rid of the ball by hand/foot quicker than he use to prior to that sickening ‘ambush’ by Mr Toughguy Robinson’ from the Lions.

I don’t have a short memory and this and Dusty’s incidents will live in that space in my head for a return bout and if by chance we play finals and meet these two sides, my tv screen or at the ground will hear my ‘booing’ quite load..

This incident we may look back in one or two ways.

Inspire the team.
OR
The tyres have been deflated and so will our push to finals and redemption.

Richmond “the too honest” Football Club.

Never play for frees.
Don’t ( very often) complain in public.
Never demand for clarification or reviews into umpire decisions.
Never stand in a players way who wants to leave for better circumstances.

Vote for me for President and I guarantee to bring back our nasty nature

I want to turn the blame and criticism on that scum of a coach again.

I want to know what that partying he's won the game in the last seconds and what that banging on the right window of the coaches box actually meant. I heard a caller on SEN this morning mention it too but Cornhead knows nothing.

Booooo like you have never booed before.
Just remind Geelong supporters that we beat them when it counts 2017, 2019, 2020, 1980, 1967,

!980 great memories, Woosha and Turner were opponents. Turner had the pace and Woosha the strength. Push and Shove on the outer wing, Woosha had enough gave Turner one big shove and sat him on his arse.
I was watching through Binoculars, the Cats trainer came running out and made the mistake of gobbing off to Woosha.
Woosha gave the Geelong Trainer a shove and sat him on the grass as well.
Huungry running riot.

I can't believe I'm going to say this but Chris Scott was on to something when he said that Richmond doesn't benefit from Tom Stewart being suspended. It'd never happen but a scenario that would fix that is for him to miss the next 3 weeks then the 4th week is served when they next play us, whenever that is (finals, or next season).

When Was the last time a Richmond player KO’d another player In the past 5 years? Houli? How many times have the Cats players done the same thing? Stewart, Dangerfield Hawkins, Cameron? They even KO’D their own player in the 2020GF. There is a pattern of behaviour and playing style here all coached by pricky. By the way don’t watch the front bar tonight unless you want to be triggered. Pricky himself is on.
Exactly. I posted the same thing after the game.

It's very prevalent in Geelong games, they stop at nothing. And it'll happen in their important games - watch their upcoming games against Melb and Carlton in particular.

Year in, year out - but these last 2-3 years its worse than ever because they are getting desperate for a flag with so few yrs left for Danger and Selwood. And Prickly, the biggest thug of all, has been getting more desperate than ever for a flag - the internal criticisms had been getting louder.

Also beat Geelong in finals in 1969, 1934, 1933, 1931 and 1921.
Lost to them in 1995 and 1931.
Here’s a stat. Every time we have beaten them in a final since 1967, we have won the flag. So ‘67, ‘69’ ‘80, ‘17,’ ‘19 & ‘20. God I pray we play them again this year when it matters most.

He knows there will never be a system like that - zero chance ever - so he’s just big noting himself with a completely hollow and distracting gesture

Edit: replying to the Scott post a bit above
