You are forgetting the Richmond clause that comes into effect. It had the “potential” to cause injury. Dixon will have no case to answer even though he did cause injury. Cotch will get 2 weeks because the act had the potential to cause injury. Pickett will get a $5000 fine because when he acknowledged the crowd after his goal, it had the potential to hurt their feelings
