2022 - March to the finals

So if things stay as is and we beat Brisbane and Melbourne beats Sydney then we will play 2 interstate finals.

But this time it’s an Elimination Final.

They have a 2-0 win record against us in finals.

I expect them to be a different team than the one that played against Melbourne.
If I’ve read it right, since Hardwick has been coach, we’ve played them 10 times at the Gabba. 8 wins, 2 losses

We can beat Brisbane. We just need to focus on what exposes them. We showed it a few weeks ago at the G and Melbourne showed it yesterday. Move the ball quickly.

The only thing that worries me is they were flogged on Friday and the media have bashed them up and they should come out firing.

Brisvegas is our 2nd home. We've won more Grand Finals at the Gabba than the Lions.

We do not want to be playing during the day. Hopefully we get Saturday night. A nice dewy humid night should suit our game style perfectly.

Last time we lost a final at the Gabba, we had Aarts and chol in the team

Brisbane are broken after their failed attempt against Melbourne. They got called out for being plastic tough guys. Midfield looks shot, backline more holes then old cheese. Plus everyone wants Zorko to stand down as captain.
Can Brisbane regroup?
Short answer is no.

If we win, we meet Melbourne (MCG) or Sydney (SCG) in SF2.

Browneye just said the Geelong v C'wood would be Thurs or Fri night, so we should be Sat night.
