Not sure what he would be charged with but he does deserve it. He is not the only one liable as well, SCOMO had his hands all over it

I wonder if this story about Dan's drunk wife hitting a young cyclist and ending in hospital will grow. Poor time for Dan to cop this.

It's more the family that opened up the worms again as the kid (now a young man) was 'blackmailed?' to remain quiet.
The kid's father spoke to the media and are questioning the process of the investigation. Family received $80K compo in 2017 already so I don't know why they opened this again. Money, money, money???
Smellin a hell of a lot like the old Henry Bolte crash out near Meredith many many years ago. The rumour and innuendo will probably never go away.

The injunction by IBAC stopping The Age publishing is an interesting case.
The laws against revealing information in draft IBAC reports are there for a reason. The report is a draft, if all the information was finalised and all the responses had been received then it would be published. To report on investigations at that stage is fraught with danger.
On the other hand IBAC itself have previously complained that the delays this causes are unacceptable and the process needs to be sped up. Some reports have been held up for extraordinary lengths of time.
I suspect we won’t know what is in this report until post election but that won’t stop speculation in social media of course.

I put it down to the fact that the Herald Scum has nothing on Andrews, so they are rehashing old stories to get the cookers frothing at the mouth. Expect the branch stacking and red shirts to get a run in the coming weeks.
I wonder how much the Herald Scum are paying the cyclists family? What a coincidence he decided to speak to the Murduch Media 3 weeks from the election.

It is difficult to figure out if Robert is more corrupt or more incompetent, and Im not sure which would be preferable.
He has stuffed up every position given, but is somehow still a shadow minister, despite his church mate Morrison no longer being in charge.

I think he is both but he is also morally bankrupt.
The robodebt scheme was run by 2 social services ministers both of who profess to be committed Christians.

Dont blame Dan for hating it here considering he is from the Top End! I no longer like Melbourne either and am looking forward to getting out of Danistan sooner rather than later.
I read the article on Dan Andrews and the cyclist accident. I think the young man has a case. Not against Andrews wife or anything but against the police force.
If it was you or I the driver I would have been expected to be probably charged.
The police force didn’t investigate this in a sufficient way. They interviewed the boy once when in hospital and he couldn’t speak properly due to the tubes he had in his throat. They didn’t as we know breath test at the time. The parents didn’t get any answers on what happened. They were told keep quiet otherwise they wouldn’t get compensation. So I hope the young man gets a lot more compensation for his permanent injuries and suffering than the $80,000. And as for the timing. It’s perfect for the young man to get maximum $$$ and hopefully set him up for the rest of his life.
