So 200 games this weekend. What an impact he's had for us since crossing from the Suns.

Listened to a great podcast with him today.

One of the things he talked about was the amount of rehab he did over the off season to get his hamstring right for this season after tearing it in the final last year. Instead of heading away as planned he did a massive amount of rehab during the early part of the preseason to make sure he got his body right.
I really respected that. We forget the amount of work these athletes do to get their bodies right.

I'm hopefully that the work he's put in does enable him to get through the year & that the pec injury is what's given him the early season grief & not his legs.
Last week was a great step in the right direction after a tough start to the year.

Fingers crossed the work he's done pays off & he builds from here..
Great to hear that.
Dion was getting a fair bit of harsh criticism just week ago, which I thought was unfair, considering he copped a nasty pec injury just before the start of the season, he's a gun.

Geelong know he is a gun and a player that gets the Tiges going, thats why he was targeted last year. Still makes my *smile* boil when I remember Selwood laughing at the break.

Once Dion retires, I hope those who witnessed his career never forget that although injuries probably curtailed him from reaching champion status to those outside the club, it should never be forgotten from within.

Listened to this on plane trip up to Brisbane.

Seems like the AFL doesn’t communicate with its players either to get their thoughts on rule changes. It’s just pathetic. Clearly not a fan of 50m where it is incidental to the play.

Clearly super professional in how we prepares himself. Amazing level of family support growing up along with a gazillion bus trips going everywhere.

He called out Papley for being one he likes to watch and hating he always gets to the right spot when we play them. Prophetic. Also Maynard crisp mays miller (touk).

Can’t celebrate Prestia’s career without mentioning his contribution to the greatest goal in RFC history. Fun starts at 5:49.

Geez....3 points

1) Sad to see we're not as hot and cohesive anymore. Look at the positioning!!!
2) WTF clicked in that year compared to a disastrous 2016??
3) Chimp's best play and goal.

Last 20 yrs sorry
Stafford was replaced by Prestia
Whoa dont put a saddle on yourself Zippers.
Why not regale us with names from the past?
A ziggy top 5 recruits wouldnt be complete without reading names such as Neil Peart, Phil walsh, Justin Blumfield or even a call out to Strawbs ODwyer
