Any word on RS?
Pretty slack that they can’t give an update on his status unless they’re waiting for the swelling to subside before X-rays?
OrNo there was no waiting, there was footage of Samson going in for scans wearing a moonboot the Sunday after game. Either :
1) it was a good result and there is no injury to report
2) the medical and fitness staff like players have a break and not back at the club till Friday
3) Tardy with their injury update

Talls maybe , other than that we got a few coming thru , few good ens out injured as wellHis the least of our problems what's in the vfl is the biggest issue.
He has only ever played in a forward line with Jack. For the most part Jack has been a great defender but his speed and stamina unfortunately, are not what they were. The ease at which defences are moving the ball out of our forward line is troubling.
Both our AFL and VFL teams play a structure where there doesn’t seem to be crumbing small forwards playing at the feet of our talls. We seem to position our smalls further out to trap the ball in rather than deep forward to apply pressure and perhaps steal a goal. This leaves the responsibility to the talls and Jack and Ryan’s lack of acceleration and mobility is making them look slower than they probably are.
So if neither mark the ball, it comes straight out and makes both look like witches hats.
This adds to the optics that Ryan is not doing enough but it’s a tough ask
Very good news agreed Toots. Sambo is actually a vital player for us structurally without Lynch.Great that his ankle doesn't seem as bad as it might have been & that he's available for selection. The more snr footy he can play the better.

That would be an ideal situation and give the rest of our forwards room to workAnd very important against the Lions as Andrews will have to go to him for height. Samson needs to ru Andrews out of the way and impact when he can.
