Kamdyn McIntosh

Equal 9th in the B&F.
Doesn’t say much for other players seasons but says a lot about the experts on here calling for his delisting/retirement

Nah I would have come equal 10th this year given the quality. The competition from them onwards was non-existent.

We need more from.our wingers. Kamdyn included.

He did well finishing 10th.
But i reckon if you played 80% of the season in the seniors you wouldve got to 10th position without any issue this year
We had a really really average year. A 1983 type season.

With a couple of our kids coming through as wingers, it will not surprise me to see Kam serving out next season in the reserves. He has given us good service over the years but late last season he was showing his age is catching up

Is there a defender role for KM in the latter part of his career?

If I recall he was a drafted as a defender

Says everything about where the club is. I don't think MacIntosh gets a game in any top 6 side.

The B & F results have absolutely told a story about where we are as a club and it's not good.

NO way he should have got a contract extension. Sing of a club that was stagnant and not willing to be aggressive.

Even as depth, his experience and work ethic make him invaluable to the younger players.
If they’re good enough to knock him off, so be it.
But no matter where you are on the ladder, gifting players games is a culture killer.
They need to take it off him.

Agree

KMac deserves his chance again next season and that he’s still capable of playing more of that hard running footy that’s made him one of my real favourites over the years

At the same time it would be great if one of the young blokes - eg Banks Brown Sonsie Tresize …… forced their way into his spot and took it over and squeezed him out.

That’s how it should work really - a natural transition

2017 grand final. KMac and Broad played criminally underrated games. They just kept filling gaps and gave the Crows nothing.
