Super ins, competition for spots is red hot now.

Going to be some unlucky boys tomorrow evening.

The interesting thing about the squad being named is Stacky and Caddy in the last 4 names.
What more does Stack need to do? Bit of an insult to what he’s done on field not making the 18, maybe it’s a measure to keep him humble and or his off field professionalism?

Big thing in regard to selection is NO MUMMY this week.

That might make a difference to the make up of the side, but Id keep the Chol in as they will use Tomlinson as their relief ruck

GWS playing games namng Whitfield and Finlayson at the arse end of their extended bench surely they both play.

I wouldn’t be reading anything into it. Where your name falls on the interchange doesn’t mean anything.

It generally was the last 4 or 3 were the emergencies in most cases.

I reckon Cads is playing VFL this week was named as an in and named in the pivot for the VFL.

Being named on the bench really doesn't mean anything these days. Also keeps them guessing as to whether Stackman plays forward, back, or mid.

Anyway thanks a lot selectors, now we have to wait til Sunday to find out.

Jack Graham's also an interesting one named on the bench. Let's hope Cholly stays in.

Thurs night for a Sun game all they do is name a large squad of players n pump up a couple of fringe players who've been in form in the magoos as a reward, four names in but nobody out as yet.
If you'd rather run the conspiracy theory early n crack the sads over Stacka being named among a long list of interchange instead of front n centre of the starting 18. Perhaps the kids feeling the pinch of a long season of senior footy n the club want to give him a little rest n freshen up leading into the important part of the season. Or maybe he's had a bad arse party night n is being punished by the club n relegated to fringe status.

Agree - no Mumford is great (he hurts players) and Dusty will be pleased there is no de Boar.
