Chris Gayle might be 39 years old, but he's still got it. His last 4 innings against the Poms in the current ODI series he has scored 135, 50, 162 and 77. He has been smashing the Poms, his last innings of 77 he hit 9 sixes and 5 fours. That's 74 of of his 77 runs being either a four or a six.

I read that he faced a total of 316 balls in the series. Every 8th ball went for 6!

Not good enough for our BBL.

Maxwell is not going to play IPL he's playing County Cricket instead, i reckon he'll kill it over there. Whether that will be good enough for Langer and Greg Chappell to bring him back into the test side, who knows, probably not.

So Maxwell still harbours delusions of making the test team.

Unless he is getting paid a ridiculous sum in County Cricket he would be better off playing IPL and pocketing the money.

Nic Maddinson stunk it up in bbl but in first class cricket he's blitzing for the Vics. Another ton today v Tasmania.

He's made his millions in the IPL, he made $1.75 million just for 2018 season.

The Aussies will do well to win ODI #2, they’re 3/131 after 27 chasing 241, the pitch is getting slower and lower.

The review of Cricket Australia was conducted by a not-for-profit social engineering outfit. I'll be genuinely shocked if the new structure produces better cricketers, given the language emanating from that joint in recent times.

New CEO Kevin Robert's previous role with Cricket Australia was to oversee "strategy and culture", he sure did a good job, and was the obvious choice to replace Sutherland ::)

After India won the toss and sent Aust in, we've made a good start in ODI 3 to be 0-61 after 11 overs, Khawaja 33 Finch 26.

What the hell is that cap the Indians are wearing?

Finch still hasn’t mastered the art of the DRS. Plumb lbw but wastes the review.

Marsh should’ve never came in. He’s *smile*ed the whole thing up now. Stoinis come in

Yes, he almost run out Maxwell in a panic to get off the mark, and then tried another time before he finally succeeded. The way he batted he looks likes he needs a bex and a good lie down!!!!

Some old bloke playing on one leg hit the winning boundary off the last ball in a semi-final today. Old bloke has a low opinion of his own batting and is sore but satisfied.

Fantastic mate - Well done.

Leysy made a return for the first time (in over a decade to the over 40's).

Bloody loved it!!
