Cricket

That was great viewing. Turner is a player for the future based on that performance.

India’s crowd treatment of Pant was a disgrace for mine. Pant will be a future champion.

I won't be sad to see the back of Imran Tahir from the international cricket scene.
Pie chucker who couldn't cut it in the real game, getting blokes out caught in the outfield who are chasing 32 an over to win, and then celebrating like he's Shane Warne taking his 700th Test wicket.
His celebrations are (marginally) worse than David Warner's.

Then he wants a review on the last ball of the deadest of dead games.

Great win by Australia.

Khawaja in great form ever since I bagged him. Really hitting the ball well, looking like Lara. Another 100 coming up.

Wrapped for Zampa, he bowled well again and will take a lot of confidence from the series, I reckon he’s going to be critical to our World Cup chances.

We have seen low scores in the Qld v SA game and again in the NSW v Vic game.

Hoping this is more to do with the quality of the wickets than the dukes balls hooping around. If its the dukes, Jimmy Anderson and co will be licking their lips.

Those Dukes...

NSW now 7/48, Pattinson has 4 wickets in the 2nd innings. With another shield game and then the final, he might be a chance make the Ashes squad.

Yep, I dips my lid to Khawaja, I too was critical of him but he's made me eat my words. Well done Uzzy. :clap

South Australia are 4/88 after winning the toss and batting, Pattinson has 3/15 continuing his push for Ashes selection.

On paper a fast bowling attack of Starc, Hazelwood, Cummins and Pattinson reads well but with Richardson as the medium fast do they all go?

You'd take 5 quicks - and not Mitch Marsh! In the absence of a true all rounder, Cummins and Pattinson are the next best thing

Interesting side for the first ODI against Pakistan, only the 2 quicks and Stoinis, must say it looks like a road though.

Aaron Finch (c), Usman Khawaja, Peter Handscomb, Glenn Maxwell, Marcus Stoinis, Shaun Marsh, Alex Carey (wk), Nathan Coulter-Nile, Jhye Richardson, Nathan Lyon, Adam Zampa.

Pakistan 1/62 after they won the toss and batted.
