I was thinking about our win loss stats this morning and yesterday confirms our dominance. The list is young enough and in good enough shape to repeat this for a few years yet.

With only Grigg and Weller retiring and Ellis , probably Butler and maybe one or two other reserves players leaving...I’m not sure how we drop off or go backwards.
In fact our age profile is perfect... plus the additions from injury of Rance, Stack, Graham etc we should contend once again!!!

2020 should definitely be a mission. Rance back, Stack in plus all the young guys pushing the 2019 GF team.
I'm sure we're gonna be really careful to not repeat 2018 again next season as we're gonna be the hunted again.

Third flag and of course repeat finals during the next three years required to reach that level n can't see any realistic reasons we can't achieve the mark.
Biggest n most difficult task is to build a list capable of genuinely contending. Once that's done it's simply some smart n solid management, with a pinch of luck added to maintain the level for a few years.
