Nah that's a crock. Ticketek want you to believe that but how would they link devices to the same user? Impossible.

I got tickets Punt Road end behind the goals - top level but we always sit level 4 anyway so am happy with that. Always seems to be quicker access on the mobile phone compared to the work pc which just keeps refreshing endlessly.
