Goodbye Mabior Chol

Best game for us tonight.
was excellent in the first quarter and loved his ground work and tackling .

Great to see him providing cover down the line, particularly in the first term.

Adds a mid fielder to the centre square.
but less of those moments where he stood and watched Phillips mark 10m out from goal please.
If he can get that out of his game, he could be a total weapon.
Bear in mind, had Jack not backed into the pack for a sensational mark last week, Marbs would have been taking a great pack mark on his chest.

Good game tonight. Still scope for improvement with some of his defensive positioning, but overall good 4 quarter effort

Best game for the club easily. I’ve not been a huge fan, but if he keeps doing that he’ll probably hold his spot even when Nankervis is fit.

Monster first half, faded out but his best game ever.

Effort was there, just ran out of gas. I’ll take that, shows his effort. That’s what we ask for.

showed what he can do, maybe a tank is still his issue. Last few passes missed the target but he was making the right move.

Did well tonight marbs..
I have no doubt he has a tank issue. 1st quarter was as good as a ruck could play. Only had 1 disposal in the 2nd but was quite consistent in the 2nd half. It was encouraging. But then I thought CJ handled himself very well in the ruck as well. Thought Chol was top 5 for influence for the Tigers.

Has he been given the training regime to be a first ruck?
Showed 100% involvement when he was on. Has been criticised for being a bit selective in other games. Not so tonight,

Best four quarter performance of his career to date. Well done Marbs!

Well I’m happy to admit I was a doubter.. in saying that, his last month at VFL level was showing more and more 4qtr performances- not just the flashes. He is at the age big men start to deliver. Maybe we are about to see it. He was sensational last night. His elite skills and ability to play fwd takes us to another level if he can keep this form as a back up to Nank.
