K.B. often complained that we'd have gone alright if we had four Hoggy's. Full back Centre half back Centre half forward n Full forward. Pretty sure his back was just about stuffed by the time we traded him to the Roys.

Tiv! Found him frustrating to watch. A lovely left foot but so many of his kicks he tried to bullet pass never came off. Ah the good old days.

Always had great respect for Greg Tivendale. Loved his left foot passes. Even saw him kick right foot in one match.

Richo streaming out of the goal square, the drop punt never getting more than 8 metres off the ground, missing Richo's desperate fingernails by 5 cm

A lot of time for Tivva. When he was dropped he didn't drop his head. Gave it all in the 2s, gave the young kids some leadership and never complained. True clubman.

Tivva this week good on him.

Just for the sake of his moniker on here as Tivva Turnover maybe we can have someone in the goal square and he can kick it to them instead of kicking the goal .................

Just kidding was a bloody good kick for goal from memory was Greg especially on the run with that left foot.

Cheers Tivva.

I seem to recall he had a serious injury playing country footy (after retirement). Almost lost his life!

Always liked him as a player (and has a stellar reputation as a person - from Officer, VIC)

Well done TIVA!!

Have always been always a supporter of Tiv and of course that often involved sticking up for him when he copped a bit of criticism.
He played during a time that wasn't great for the Club but he thoroughly deserved his life membership and a career approaching 200 games.
Happy to be there to to clap him on Sunday.

Gee - didn't know about the serious injury.

Yep, especially those eye of the needle goals he kicked most times. Always lifted the crowd and the team.

Can’t wait till he has his shot at goal. It will look fantastic. But will it miss to the left or to the right?

Chris Hyde only played 93, but wikipedia says they both retired in the same year, 2008, so that weird connection/anti-connection continued.
