I think they're being very cautious with Tom & I'm fine with that. Imo its too early to push the panic button. If he's still having issues in Feb/March, then its panic time.

The main problem is we didn't just miss him this season, he's also now another year older & has missed a season of footy.
One thing to get him back but don't be at all surprised if he struggles a bit next year on his return.

He is still wearing it and more like around Melbourne Cup time before they think about removing it.
If he isn't running by January, let's plan a Richmond without lynch.
They tottaly fked up this year's preseason with rushing him back.
