Matthew Parker

I think he will fit in to our fwd line easily. He is like George but can mark, kick straight, use the ball well.
So, not quite as good, then.

Gotta say, I am missing George’s Chaos Theory Game. Maybe this week.

I wasn't overly flushed with joy with the Tigers taking Matt, however I can see why they've taken him now.

With a chip on his shoulder and a point to prove he could add something to our front half .... aggressioon another marking option and some slickness.

We are with a number of WAFL clubs.

Perth and Claremont a two others in particular.

Matt Clarke mentioned a full-time WA talent spotter that we have in WA for the last 10 years who is all over the WA kids and has done a phenomenal job, his name is Sammy Cousins.
Never heard of him, I wonder if he is related to Ben Cousins in any way?

Sam Cousens so not related. Has had some roles within the junior development pathway here in WA. Was involved with Weststar football program for a number of years. Would have been instrumental in the Broad, Baker and Pickett recruitment you would expect. All our WA recruits I guess having been in the role for 10 years.

Another interview this time from RFC site:

speaks very well. seems like a mature young fella.

theres a bit of Towner in the burial tackling technique

imagine Clayton Oliver getting the tiger winger double crunch from Marlion and M.P at the opening bounce?

Work with a saints fan he was surprised he was let go and expects him to join Hickey and Hind as success stories.
It appears a well informed low risk high reward choice for mine.
