Hey Turk, you are even being quoted, (or slightly misquoted?), on the "Nick and Andy Talking Tiger Podcast" in relation to your Cyril comment about getting fat although they added the lazy generalization that it was from eating Turtle, unless Daniel actually said that?

Pretty sure you don’t get fat just from eating turtle meat.

fantastic picture of MJjr on rfc playing for the Laguntas

I reckon you can see the old mans laconic, lightening hands even though its a still photo

Draft him for the hair if nothing else

Agree. It would worth the price of entry just to watch that afro towering over traffic.

Its pretty hard to imagine we wont take MRJ, as a project rookie at worst, as a high pick destined for a Norm Smith at best.

I cant wait.

Its a great time to be a tiger ;D

How tall would you say he is at the moment , Have read some posts and some have said he is about Daniel Rioli's height already which is about 180cm
Really hoping this kid gets to 186/187cm he already looks like he will be a solid unit like his dad

Turk, the question should be how tall is Jnr without the hair and the answer must be only 170cm ;D

Not often we see such a premium bouffant these days. Plenty of weird cuts n straightened or slick down, but not many just let the hair do what it wants to.

There was a story on the ABC about the riolis - "Meet the Riolis — a football family dynasty making AFL premiership history" (http://www.abc.net.au/news/2018-10-07/rioli-family-afl-premiership-dynasty-from-pirlangimpi/10346380) that mentions a couple of times how Essendon and Fremantle eyeing off Maurice Rioli Jr. Is it just sloppy journalism, or is there a reason why a Maurice Rioli would not be in black and yellow?

I mean seriously ... Maurice Rioli. Mr Magic. In what universe does that name appear on a non-Richmond team sheet?

Very shoddy journalism. Richmond did not get a mention at all in the piece except for hoping willie could emulate daniel in his first year.... I keep seeing this anti tiger bias in the media of late.

Here is a youtube video of junior together with a 4 minute interview, shy lad first time I have heard him talk:

Interviewer signed off calling him "MJ"

Nice.

MJ, great name.

Thanks for posting, Caesar. Cannot believe how much he resembles Maurice - that chunky build and strong features with a shock of hair the old man probably had as a teen. Although a right-footer, MJ shows encouraging kicking style too. That impulse goal is a ripper.

He's modest and humble but answers well; not at all full of himself, the way he immediately says he doesn't expect to be in his dad's category, but he will be his own player. But promising signs.

MJ was the nickname for Peter Parker's love interest in Spiderman, hopefully we will grow to love an MJ as well ;D

Yep and he is the spitting image of his old man.
