i bought 4 slabs over the weekend, but there has been little effort made for those wishing to keep some as collectors’ items. the slabs were glued to each other on the crate, meaning they get slightly damaged when you separate one from the slab underneath. every single one of them has slight packaging damage. I pulled half the crate off at one stage and they are all the same. fair play to you if you were able to snag one with packaging in mint condition.
as for the can itself, i really like it. much different to 2017, but no less sexy.

Managed to get a slab from Dan Murphy's who got their order yesterday but they only had a few cases available & limited to one case per customer, per day.
By the time I got the Mrs to head back last night they'd already sold out. Hot cakes..wonder if they'll print more like last year after the initial run..

Tried the click and collect crap from Dan Murphy's. Said they had the beers in stock. 30 minutes turned into 4 hours... Still nothing.
Rang head office, and they told me they sold out of stock BEFORE they had picked my order!
They seemed to have no problems taking my cash though.

i had one guy at BWS tell me only Dan Murphys were getting the beer this year. very limited stock. later that sunday i walked past a first choice liquor place and thought id ask there. he goes yes we have them there they are. there was about 25 slabs there.
so its not only Dan Murphys that have them.
just thought id put that here as alot have mentioned Dan Murphys. i found plenty at first choice, and got 3 slabs. $50 buck each.

The WA Supporter group had these produced in 2017 and I heard a whisper that they will do so again for 2019. I'd suggest following them on Facebook and wait for an announcement.Has anyone seen any Premiership wine anywhere?
