Looking at his physique and playing deficiencies (e.g. can’t take a mark to save himself), I’d love to ask him if he truly wants to be an AFL player? Is he prepared to do and train to be whatever it takes? Tell me that.
I was surprised he was selected tbh. Can't help but wonder if playing the two specialist rucks contributed to us losing.
Definitely didn't help with our run. The days of two rucks are gone. Balta as second ruck was instrumental in the comeback. Can't afford to have two one-position lunks taking up resting space on the pine just because they can't play anywhere else.
Woudnt surprise me if they went with the 2N's this week. Nank and Nai . A lot more competitive around the ball perhaps to try and stop their clearance game
Problem is Balta doesn’t have the tank to play forward and then having a run on the ball.
He was blowing very hard with his 3rd quarter on the ball and went to the bench for a breather.
I like him rucking in the forward line but can Nanks do the rest on his own for the entire game? And when Balta rucks, where does Nanks go? I’m not a fan of him in the forward line.
Really needs to show the promise of his first lot of senior games ,there’s been precious little lately , I agree park him at VFL

Have been on the wagon. Its moving pretty slowly now so I might just hop off and walk alongside. This way I can stop and get drunk and catch the wagon up when Samson actually does *smile* something!
How long have we got to wait? He does some good things then disappears or goes half hearted. He just reminds me of the unlamented TV who could also have been great if only his mind was in the game. Still, Delilah is still young and has time
