Samson Ryan

The Samson train is like the one in Snowpiercer, with you, me, Aces, Ezy and Jack in the front carriages snorting caviar out of supermodels' arse cracks, and the likes of Scoop and Dudford up the back eating each other's arms to stay alive. It's a great train.

@spook you do remember early doors a couple of seasons ago watching the VFL under the scoreboard on the hill and after a mark by Samson a little bet was had, from 50 out on a angle I had a lazy $10 with you that Samson would slot it.
Never in doubt, straight through the middle, bad enough that i am still waiting on my tenner ;) :), but to leave me off your Samson train is just wrong.

Baby Ottens, better than Nanks, in charge of a run away train full of Oligarch’s.
Bloody hell, we’ve unleashed the next Wayne Carey

I had forgotten about that! But did I not offer you the tenner and you turned it down?

Cheque's in the mail.

The easiest thing in the world would have been for me to accept your tenner even though our bet was done in jest.
It has been a lot more valuable to use it erroneously against you for not paying up ;) :)

We'll call it even after you've tried to steal Shai from me even though I called him months before we drafted him!

The positive of the year for me , baby giraffe steps , however showing the ability to get into good marking positions, once some bulk and strength comes his going to be a very tough match up for the opposition

No I won't and will never relinquish Shai to you ;) , @taztiger4 and I saw Shai at the under 18 championships at Punt Road live where he ignited the game.
We were sitting there on draft night sinking a few tinnie's ticking off the names and hoping Shai was called at pick #29 at which point we reverted to Champagne:cool:, (NOT, as Taz wouldn't touch the stuff).

Hes the thinking persons most exciting player in the competition IMO.

I was in economy class on the train last year,

but I've upgraded to a barstool in the casino on The Ghan.

Pretty sure Taz refers to Makers Mark as Champagne

I called him months before that game.

But I'm happy to call it a case of great minds.

Going to present an interesting conundrum in a couple years when he is simultaneously our best tall forward and ruckman.
Can we clone him a couple of times for future reference, then we could play Critter in the ruck n Delilah up forward, maybe even a Samsung off the interchange or sub as back up.

Ryan has done really well , likes the contact ,2-3 years he will be a Premier ruckman for us .
